Connie Rogers advises companies in project development, litigation, and transactions, with particular emphasis on compliance with federal land management statutes, NEPA, species protection statutes, federal Indian law, cultural resource and religious freedom concerns, and international human rights and indigenous peoples issues. Prior to resuming her practice at DGS in autumn 2010, Ms. Rogers served as Deputy Solicitor for Energy and Mineral Resources at the U.S. Department of the Interior. Ms. Rogers is admitted in Colorado, New Mexico, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
