Clive has 30 years’ experience of dealing with commercial dispute resolution matters.

Early in his career in the City he dealt with professional indemnity and negligence matters both for leading accountants and insurers. Since moving to the Gatwick/Sussex area in 1994 he has specialised in dealing with general commercial disputes (for both claimants and defendants), including within the manufacturing and automotive sectors.

Clive has wide experience in advising General Counsel of major multinational companies on contentious issues, and in dealing with matters with an international element including through membership of the INBLF. He deals with a wide variety of specialist areas of dispute including:-
