Christopher J. Willis is Practice Leader of the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Litigation Group. He counsels financial institutions on consumer regulatory matters, advises them on compliance with consumer financial services laws, and defends them in both individual and class action lawsuits, as well as in federal and state governmental enforcement actions. Mr. Willis advises numerous clients on responding to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and state regulatory investigations and preparing for examinations. He chairs the firm's Fair Lending Task Force.
