Chris is co-head of the restructuring and insolvency group. He also practices in the area of energy/commercial litigation. Chris represents creditors, debtors, court-appointed monitors, receivers and trustees in bankruptcy in large domestic and cross-border insolvencies and restructurings. In the area of energy litigation, he has advised energy companies on disputes arising out of joint operating agreements, construction agreements, seismic agreements, purchase and sale agreements, security agreements and on various matters related to Crown and Freehold leases.
