Christoph advises in all areas of European and German competition law, on cartel damages litigation and internal investigations. He has 20+ years of experience in German, European and foreign merger control cases. Recent cases include Vodafone/Certain Liberty Global Assets, combining the German cable networks of Vodafone and UnityMedia (jointly with Slaughter and May), and Optigroup/Inapa, a complex phase II case before the FCO concerning the paper wholesale market. Christoph is also active in the firm's Compliance, Investigations and White Collar practice group.
Christoph has been partner of Hengeler Mueller since 1998 and spent several years in the firm's Brussels office. He holds an LLM degree (University of Michigan, 1990) and is admitted to the New York bar. He's honorary professor at the University of Osnabrück Law School.
