Christine Gärtner is experienced in and focused on high stake complex commercial arbitration and litigation matters. She works on difficult shareholder disputes, directors’/officers’ liability, post-M&A disputes, as well as banking and deposit protection disputes. She advises clients in strategic pre-litigious settings and represents them in domestic and international ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings as well as before German courts.
