Career

Charles Qin has 30 years practice experience. He co-founded Llinks Law Offices in 1998. Before 2008, he was mainly a transactional lawyer. In banking and finance, and investment funds, he has advised on a number of First of Its Kind deals and award-winning deals in the Chinese market. He also has rich experience in corporate/M&A, PE/VC, and capital markets. In 2008, he made a crucial decision to change the focus of his practice from transactions to disputes. Besides counsel and arbitrator work, he has acted as PRC law expert witness in more than ten cases.
