Demarest’s Board Member and Partner of Litigation, Arbitration and Corporate Restructuring areas, Celso Caldas Martins Xavier has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law by PUC-SP and a Master’s in Law by Stanford Law School, California. His performance concentrates on complex litigation, focusing on contractual disputes, crimes, cartel disputes, product liability and judicial reorganization. He has broad experience in the areas of banking / investment, construction / engineering, oil & gas, automotive, life sciences, consumer goods and technology. He acts as arbitrator at the Arbitration Center of the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce – CCBC. He also worked as an International Lawyer at Fenwick & West LLP, in the United States.
