Cecilia represents companies in harassment, discrimination, disability, retaliation, medical/military leave, wage/hour, non-competes, and breaches of fiduciary duties and contract disputes in federal and state courts. She investigates discrimination, harassment and retaliation charges filed with EEOC and UALD. Cecilia counsels companies on hiring, training, terminations, severance agreements, policy creation/implementation, employment contracts and leaves under ADA and FMLA.
