Catalina is a Partner in the Firm’s Banking and Finance, and Restructuring, Insolvency, and Bankruptcy practice groups. She graduated as a lawyer from Universidad Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario (2004), has a master's degree in Corporate Law (LL.M.) from the University of New York, USA (2007) and a specialization in Capital Markets of Universidad Javeriana (2011). She is admitted to practice in Colombia and the State of New York. She began her career as a lawyer in 2003 and to work with Dentons Cardenas & Cardenas in 2009 where was supporting the Banking & Finance area as a Senior Associate. Catalina has significant experience advising creditors, mainly multilateral and local banks, and foreign and Colombian debtors in financings.
