Practice Areas

Partner. She advises leading Spanish and international companies on Spanish and EU competition law matters. Extensive experience in company acquisitions and mergers, competition and anti-dumping, and EU litigation. She also has experience in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, automotive, financial sector, media, transport, telecommunications, digital markets and energy sectors.


She lectures on Competition Law at the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics (BGSE), Master in Competition and Regulation. She also lectures on EU Competition Law at the Masters programme of the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE). She is in charge of the course on Litigation before the EU Courts of the Master in European Union Law at Universidad Carlos III.

Professional Memberships

Member of the IBA’s Legal Practice Division (LPD) Council. She is also non-governmental advisor (NGA) of the EU Commission and the Spanish Competition Authority (CNMC) before the International Competition Network (ICN).

She is also a member of the Zaragoza and Madrid bar associations, the Fédération Internationale de Droit Européen, the American Bar Association (ABA), and the American Bar Foundation.
