Practice Areas

Bruce is an intellectual property attorney whose practice centers on information technology issues.

Bruce prepares and negotiates complex contracts covering software as a service, cloud computing, outsourcing, technology development and licensing, information technology, enterprise services and the manufacture, distribution and marketing of various products. He also develops brand strategies and registers trademarks.

Bruce has also worked in Tokyo and Honolulu, and is conversant in Japanese. He supplements his extensive experience as outside counsel with his prior hands-on experience as in-house counsel.

Career

Bruce is Co-Chair of Fox Rothschild's IP Transactions & Licensing Practice Group as well as the firm's Technology Practice Group.
