Provides project finance advice and services to clients engaged in the development, financing or acquisition of power, infrastructure and alternative financing and procurement projects, including cross-border transactions. Has advised project developers, sponsors, proponents, lenders, debt arrangers and other investors on major P3 infrastructure and power projects in all regions of Canada and internationally.
