Brian frequently speaks on issues of interest to the Intellectual Property Bar. He has served as a mediator for intellectual property disputes in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, and served as President of the Washington State Patent Law Association and Chair of the Executive Committee of the Intellectual Property Section of the Washington State Bar Association.
