Beth has over 30 years’ experience handling all aspects of marriage breakdown, matrimonial finance (including cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements) and private law relating to children. A large percentage of her work comprises acting for professionals and high net worth individuals including many 'Rich List' cases, and in cases with a corporate/business element. She is highly respected among matrimonial lawyers for the breadth and depth of her experience, her ability to empathise with clients and see beyond the facts as they are presented. With her trademark 'iron fist in velvet glove' approach she is known as the doyenne of family law and 'until Beth do us part'.
Law Society of England and Wales and Resolution. For many years was on the National Committee and chair of the good practice committee. She is a founder and has been a long serving committee member of the Manchester branch.
