Beth Williams, senior counsel in the tax practice, counsels clients on US and international tax controversies affecting multinational corporations. She also counsels on transfer pricing matters and a variety of alternative dispute resolution techniques, including competent authority negotiations and pre-filing agreements. She spent more than 20 years as an international special trial lawyer with the Office of the Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service, where she served as the lead lawyer in numerous large corporate cases.
