Compensation and benefit matters, including tax, securities law, corporate governance and other disciplines related to executive compensation, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, pension compliance and investment, employment law and related matters. He advises public and private companies in financial services, retail, industrial, technology and other industries. He teaches the Taxation of Executive Compensation at NYU Law School, and has written and spoken extensively on compensation and governance matters. He also is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Weinberg Center.
