Aristidis' areas of expertise in labour and employment law includes dispute resolution, collective bargaining in relation to wages and conditions of employment, arbitration and labour litigation.
Aristidis graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with BA and LLB degrees in 1983. He joined Fluxmans in 1984 and was admitted as an attorney in 1988.
Aristidis has been a Director in the firm's Labour and Human Resources Department since 1990.
Aristidis officiated in the Africa Cup of Nations final tournaments in 1994, 1995 and 1998. He also officiated in France at the FIFA World Cup in 1998 where he was assistant referee.
Aristidis is a Judge of the International Court of Sport (FIFA Division).
