Anthony O’Connor is a Partner in Kinstellar's Budapest office, head of the firm’s Corporate M&A practice and co-head of the firm’s Private Equity sector.
Anthony’s areas of focus are private equity and energy and banking sector M&A, where he has close to 15 years’ experience advising private equity investors, as well as banks and international energy players in both Hungary as well as Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
His expertise includes advising on and negotiating share purchase agreements, investment and shareholder agreements, management warranty deeds and warranty and indemnity insurance, as well as management incentive plans, equity roll-overs and earn-outs.
Anthony has also built a strong reputation representing entrepreneurs and private businesses in relation to investments by global corporates and investors, providing strategic advice on the sale process.
