Anthony Creber is a leading patent litigator whose practice includes regulatory issues and advising on IP life cycle matters. He heads up a large group of IP litigators who collectively are in Court on a weekly basis. His primary focus is in chemical and pharmaceutical patent litigation. He appears as senior counsel for major pharmaceutical companies before the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
