Anne specialises in civil and commercial litigation with a key focus on shipping and maritime law.

She completed her LLB Honours degree at The University of Sheffield in 2006 and in 2007 completed the Bar Vocational Course at Cardiff University Law School. Anne is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and was called to the Bar of England and Wales on the 11th October 2007 and the Gibraltar Bar on the 29th February 2008.

Anne was made Partner in 2017 having played a crucial role in the further development of the firm’s Shipping practice and her impressive reputation in handing shipping litigation including high-profile ship and yacht arrests. Anne advises mortgagees, owners and shipyards.

Anne notably acted for the arrested party in Gibraltar's first superyacht (motor) arrest in 2014 and second superyacht (sailing) arrest in 2015. She also recently represented Valla Yachts, the owner of the futuristic yacht “Sailing Yacht A” following the vessels arrest over a €15.3m dispute with German shipbuilder Nobiskrug.

Anne regularly represents the firm at international shipping conferences and also teaches the Maritime Law module at the University of Gibraltar for the Professional Certificate of Competence in Gibraltar Law.
