Annamarie Daley focuses on complex commercial litigation, federal and state regulatory, and intellectual property law matters. For more than 30 years, she has represented clients in antitrust, consumer protection, fraud, contract, deceptive trade practice, data privacy and intellectual property litigation matters, as well as nationwide class actions, securing high-profile verdicts and summary judgments for clients. She has represented companies in the food, agribusiness, motor vehicle, power sports, telecommunications and consumer and medical products industries, among others. Annamarie is a trial advocacy adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School and a member of the Board of Advisors of the University of Minnesota Law School.
