Practice Areas

Anna is a member of CH&’s Real Estate group and her practice focuses on real estate transactions and development projects. She represents buyers and sellers in all aspects of the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of real property. She has extensive experience advising clients in connection with forming some of the largest condominium projects in Seattle. Her experience also includes advising housing developers regarding acquisitions and sales, governing documents for homeowner associations, easements, covenants, boundary disputes and title issues.

In addition to her commercial real estate practice, Anna’s background includes experience at the University of Washington’s Real Estate Office, where she managed a wide range of real estate transactions involving property rights. A Seattle native, Anna has seen the Pacific Northwest grow and change and is uniquely aware of the history and opportunities in the region. Clients rely on Anna’s practical approach as well as her deep understanding of sophisticated real estate transactions.
