Managing partner Andy Nicholls co-leads the Pacific desk and is known for his role as an international adviser on economic and legislative reform projects in Tonga, Samoa and Solomon Islands. A recent work highlight saw him assisting the World Bank on its establishment of an independent telecommunications regulator in the Federated States of Micronesia. He is also well placed to advise public sector clients on regulatory matters as well as competition law issues.
