Practice Areas

Anders works primarily with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), company and commercial law, as well as capital markets regulation.

Anders is charged with managing the firm's engagement with a broad variety of clients – ranging from the largest financial businesses, listed groups, fund-owned media groups, private equity funds, partnership-owned consultancy companies and international IT businesses through to business angels. Anders has advised on transactions for all types of businesses and large property portfolios, and helped financial investors make alternative investments and set up alternative structures.

As a legal advisor he combines considerable depth and breadth of expertise with a clear understanding of the commercial and strategic challenges involved in a case.

Career

Anders became a partner in 1994. He has previously served as Kromann Reumert's Managing Partner and as Chairman of the firm's Board of Directors.

Professional Memberships

Member of the Disciplinary Board of the Danish Bar and Law Society, Member of the Danish Company Law Association and the International Bar Association, Member of the board of directors for Denmark's Association for the Development of Board Work.
