Career

After more than 8 years practicing tax law in several Law Firms in Spain, Alfonso Garrido founded B Law & Tax in year 2006, giving specialized tax and legal advice to foreign companies investing in Spain, high net worth individuals, crossborder transactions and investments in real estate.

Alfonso has broad experience advising international private clients when migrating to Spain, structuring their net worth and ensuring that their pre-existing structures, such as trusts, private foundations, etc. are tax efficient and compliant after migration. He also advises on wealth intergenerational transmissions, via donations or succession.

He is a member of international organizations such as IFA (International Fiscal Association) the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), AEDAF (Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales) and Madrid Bar Association.
