Has worked with Tax Law, Customs Law, and Social Security Law for more than 20 years and is widely acknowledged for his expertise in domestic and foreign tax matters. Actively involved in advocacy before Brazilian administrative tribunals, such as the Administrative Tax Appeal Council (CARF), State Taxpayers’ Councils, as well as before the Federal Regional Courts, the Superior Court of Justice and the Supreme Federal Court.
Member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), units of Minas Gerais, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasília and Paraná.
He has published several articles and chapters in books, as well as books, such as "The Fundamental Duty to Collect Taxes in the Democratic State of Law" and "Studies on Social Security Costs", both by Editora Livraria do Advogado.
