Member of the Barcelona Bar Association, he is the former director, with the rank of Secretary General, of the Legal Cabinet of the Generalitat. He was a member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Generalitat from 1987 to 2005. He is currently on leave of absence from his role as Deputy General Assistant Director of Litigation Affairs at the Legal Cabinet of the Generalitat. And he is also on leave of absence from his role as town hall lawyer.
