Career

Albert’s areas of practice are focused on commercial law matters, corporate, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, competition and antitrust regulations, franchising, agency and distributorship. He also handles material corporate litigation cases.

He acts for a wide range of companies, both local and international. He also acts as non-executive chairman and as non-executive director on the board of several companies.

Albert graduated Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 1971 and has been in private practice since.
