Founding partner of CGM and previously a partner at other renowned Brazilian law firms. Adriano concentrates on M&A and corporate matters and has been assisting domestic and foreign clients from different economic sectors in their investments and businesses in Brazil and abroad. Co-head of the firm’s Corporate and M&A area and responsible for the Data Protection and Privacy practice, he has also been advising several international startups on their entry into the Brazilian market.
