Adrian Emch covers all aspects of antitrust/competition law, including merger control, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, and antitrust counselling. He first worked at the Directorate General for Competition (DG COMP) at the European Commission and then in private practice in Brussels. Over the last ten years, Adrian has worked in Beijing focusing on Greater China antitrust law.
Adrian sits on the editorial boards of Competition Law International and CPI Antitrust Chronicle and the international board of advisors of George Mason University's Global Antitrust Institute. He is also a non-governmental advisor to the International Competition network (ICN) and a lecturer of competition law at the University of Melbourne.
