Ademir Pereira is co-head of the antitrust/competition practice at Advocacia Del Chiaro.
He has been extensively recognized by international publications as one of the top antitrust/competition attorneys in Brazil.
Ademir has represented clients in some of the most relevant cases in the digital economy, including Internet, telecommunications, cloud computing, and has worked on matters that shaped the interface between IP and Antitrust in Brazil. He also has extensive experience with traditional industries such as steel, mining, energy, and automotive. His experience comprises merger review, cartel investigations and several single-firm conduct cases.
Ademir holds a PhD and a Master Degree in Law from University of São Paulo. He also holds a Master Degree (LLM) in Law, Science and Technology from Stanford University.
