Adam is a Partner in the firm’s Competition, EU and Trade group and leads the practice in Asia. He is qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England and Wales. Before he relocated to Hong Kong in 2015, Adam was a partner in our UK practice. He has almost 20 years’ experience in counselling clients on all aspects of competition law and has represented clients in cartel and dominance investigations and merger reviews before the European Commission, UK Competition and Markets Authority and has represented clients in competition law proceedings in the Hong Kong courts. He has advised in a wide range of sectors, including transport and logistics, utilities, financial services, manufacturing and retail and also counsels clients on trade compliance issues and telecommunications law.
