The dedicated project finance department has been involved in almost every project financing in Israel in recent years, acting for banks, institutional investors, and developers in formulating pathfinder and innovative financing structures for their projects, which include the development of the Red Sea–Dead Sea project and NTA in its development of the Red Line of the Tel Aviv Light Rail project.

Real Estate:
