Main Areas of Practice:

Administrative Law & Regulation:
The team continues to be a prime destination for representing clients in their interaction with government agencies and administrative bodies, members of parliament and governmental committees. The firm has represented clients before the Second Sheshinski Committee, the Hershkowitz Committee and many others. It advises on price control, bidding processes, and much more.

Banking & Finance:
The firm acts for a large roster of banks (including Bank Hapoalim and Bank Leumi) and institutional lenders, as well as sponsors and borrowers in all major financing, refinancing and lending transactions. It also advises private investment funds, offshore banks and credit export agencies in the local syndicated loan market, as well as leading international financial entities and international payment suppliers.

Capital Markets, Securities & Regulation of Financial Services:
This team thrives under the leadership of Amir Scharf, who also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Israel Bar Association Capital Markets Committee and was previously Deputy Director of the Legal Department of the Israel Securities Authority. China Desk:

With a unique grasp of the labour laws, we redrafted the constitution of the largest workers’ union in Israel.

Energy & Natural Resources:

This sophisticated and interdisciplinary team has represented international and domestic companies in some of Israel’s largest public tenders and also represent companies in complex international public tenders issued abroad.

Project Finance:
The dedicated project finance department has been involved in almost every project financing in Israel in recent years, acting for banks, institutional investors, and developers in developing pathfinder and innovative financing structures for their projects, which include the development of the Red Sea–Dead Sea project and NTA in its development of the Red Line of the Tel Aviv Light Rail project.

Real Estate:
The firm acts for foreign and domestic real estate companies, private and publicly-owned developers, landowners and investors, in all aspects of real estate development, financing, zoning and construction. The team acts for financial institutions in land-related aspects of financing infrastructure projects and real estate regulation applied to them. The firm is also involved in complex large-scale projects, including some of the largest urban renewal projects.
