Sales & Acquisitions:
Pircher works on large and complex real estate sales and acquisitions throughout the US and abroad, representing buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of various property types, including office buildings, retail centers, hotels, industrial properties, residential properties and manufactured housing communities.
Leasing & Development:
The firm has in-depth experience with an extensive variety of commercial properties, including office buildings, regional malls, power centers, supermarkets, community and neighborhood centers, mixed-use projects, resorts, free-standing units and industrial sites.
Real Estate Private Equity Investment Funds:
The firm has attorneys who advise real estate private equity investment funds and their sponsors (comprising institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals) regarding the structuring, marketing, regulation, operation and investment of real estate private equity investment funds.
