Asset Finance, Consumer Finance and Leasing:
Locke Lord’s financial services team has a specialised asset finance, leasing and consumer finance division that advises many financial services companies, including banks, mortgage companies, consumer lenders, loan servicers, credit card issuers, asset finance and leasing companies and retail credit providers on contentious and non-contentious issues.

Aviation:
Locke Lord covers a range of issues affecting the industry, including corporate financing, litigation, leasing arrangements and commercial and regulatory matters.

Banking and Finance:
Locke Lord’s team in London has long-standing experience in representing financial institutions in transactional and regulatory matters. The firm represents organisations in financing, regulatory, structuring and corporate matters and handle all borrowing requirements.

Capital Markets:
