THE FIRM: Hapner Kroetz Advogados was established in 1994 and currently has forty lawyers, including five partners. Hapner Kroetz Advogados is located at the city of Curitiba, in the southern state of Paraná. The firm provides legal advice and represents domestic and foreign clients in corporate and M&A, financing and investments, corporate restructuring, real estate, timberland investment, infrastructure and construction, antitrust, tax and labour. The firm also has a strong litigation department with a highly specialised group of lawyers who represent clients on arbitrations, mediations and litigation on corporate, commercial, construction and consumer matters and on tax and labour disputes.
