■ Represented IDG Capital in forming several blind-pool RMB funds
■ Represented Northern Light Capital to set up two RMB limited partnership funds

■ Represented Bayer AG in the China merger filing for its USD66 billion acquisition of Monsanto
■ Represented Bain Capital in the China merger filing for its USD19 billion acquisition of Toshiba Memory Corporation
■ Represented Louis Dreyfus in the China merger filing for its acquisition of a competitor in China

Dispute Resolution:
■ Represented Marco Systemanalyse und Entwicklung Gmbh and prevailed in the second instance trial of a JV contract dispute
■ Represented Zhonglv Tianjin International Trade in a sales agreement dispute
■ Represented four investment funds of TCL Group in an arbitration case in SCIA concerning a share purchase agreement dispute
■ Represented Ningbo Taiji Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. in a sales contract dispute

IP Litigation:
■ Represented UBOX in a high-profile patent infringement dispute against Aimyunion for MINI KTV products and won a decisive victory for UBOX
■ Represented Sharp in a series of patent infringement lawsuits against Hisense in multiple courts and helped Sharp to secure a favorable global settlement
■ Represented HP in three key patent administrative lawsuits and prevailed in all of the lawsuits both at trial and on appeal
■ Represented SMTP in a series of patent infringement and invalidation disputes against its main competitor and prevailed decisively on both fronts

Labour & Employment:
■ Advised Seagate on various employment issues and represented the company in employment disputes throughout China
■ Assisted Takeda China in various critical employment matters

Healthcare & Life Sciences:
■ Represented Philips as a lead investor in Orange Family’s Series B+ financing round
■ Assisted Omni Pharmaceutical in its Series C financing from Vivo Capital and Guotou
