Competition Law:
The team advises clients in all areas of antitrust law and economic regulation in Ecuador. It counsels and represents clients in litigation proceedings related to antitrust law and unfair competition, as well as advising on the elaboration of antitrust compliance programs.

Public Sector & Privatisation:
Consulegis has been part of important processes through which the State has entrusted the strategic public services provision to the private sector: the construction and operation of the Guayaquil airport and the first eco-airport in the world (located in the Galapagos Islands); the concession of the seaport Simon Bolivar of Guayaquil, amongst others.
