Dispute Resolution:

■ Successfully acted for CCTV in an Exclusively Adverting Agency Agreement dispute before SIAC, with Lord Michael John Mustill as the sole arbitrator
■ Represented Yunnan Copper in their disputes with the copper concentrates mines arising out of the long-term agreement, the arbitration venues include SIAC, LCIA, and ad hoc arbitration in Singapore. The cases are settled finally, avoiding the loss of billions of US Dollars
■ Acted for the Private Equity Fund set up indirectly by a Chinese state-owned commercial bank by way of round-trip investment, in the Calloping Horse Share Repurchase Arbitration and succeeded in claiming for the specific performance of the share repurchase clause, the repurchase price was consist of the investment amount as well as the interest at the rate provided by the Contract, in total 700 million RMB
