Advises on Malaysian securities laws and capital markets transactions including domestic and cross-border equity offerings and corporate finance; takeovers, privatisations, corporate reorganisations and schemes of arrangement. Advises on an array of debt capital markets transactions including domestic debt securities offerings; cross-border Regulation S / Rule 144A securities offerings under the US Securities Act.
Advises on general corporate commercial matters which includes foreign investments into Malaysia, domestic and cross-border joint ventures (including advising on corporate structures, equity participations and prevailing laws and policies).
