Find the answers to our most frequently asked questions
What should we take into consideration when selecting which matters to feature? Do you give more weight to cross-border matters, example or matters that involve big-name clients?
It is always worth checking
our PracticeArea Definitions to see what kinds of
matters we are looking for in each section. You should prioritise the most
impressive work, which might be the most unprecedented, sophisticated or those
with the highest values at stake.
In most sections, we don't necessarily give more weight to cross-border matters: if we deem a domestic matter to be as complex as a cross-border matter, they will be treated equally.
We will look at the calibre of a firm's client base, and whether the team is routinely acting for market-leading clients but we do place more of an emphasis on the quality of work being undertaken, so it might be better to put forward a more relevant/impressive matter for a smaller client than a smaller matter for a big-name client.
