Should multiple matters be listed under a single client, or do you prefer those to be broken out into different matter listings?
The intention with work highlights is to showcase matters that highlight the quality and sophistication of relevant work handled by the team. Each work highlight would usually focus on a particular standout matter handled for a client within the previous year, and this is what we would normally encourage. This gives you the chance to detail exactly what took place and why it is significant.
This is understandably more straightforward when discussing major transactions and disputes. There are though some sections where a mandate involves multiple linked matters that fall under one main umbrella. In sections such as IP and Capital Markets, it may be sensible to assess if matters can be grouped in similar fashion as they demonstrate the same skillset or are interconnected mandates for the same client. These may then be grouped in one description, if relevant.
