I'm ranked in Chambers but my firm is not. How do I get the firm ranked?
Often we will rank just a lawyer but not their firm because we don't have enough evidence about the other lawyers on the team. In order for a firm to be ranked, we want to be confident that there is sufficient strength in depth within the team.
The starting point is to ensure that your firm is providing a submission and a referee spreadsheet. You want to make sure you are showcasing the work of the wider team, so please do include work highlights that were led by other lawyer within the group. Providing referees who can talk about multiple members of the team can also hope, although it is not mandatory.
