(iii) Entertainment: With streaming and other advances, were is the entertainment market headed?

Jackie Scott serves as Global Program Director at Rutgers Business School Executive Education, home of the “Mini-MBA” program and world-renowned top ranked business school. She leads a diverse global team of talented faculty who are all noted experts in their field. In her current role as the Global Program Director she advises Fortune 100 clients - like Johnson & Johnson, Prudential, Verizon and Wyndham Worldwide - as well as their executives on digital transformation, social media strategy and workforce culture change in notoriously complex industries like pharmaceuticals, medical devices, insurance, hospitality and telecommunications.
In 2016, she created the “Breakthrough with Brilliance” thought leadership interview series for Rutgers Business School. The goal of this series is to explore creativity, technology and humanity with modern-day thought leaders using both a personal and professional lens. Larry Wolfe is a vice chairman and co-head of the Lodging Capital Markets group at Newmark Knight Frank. Prior to joining NKF in 2018, Mr. Wolfe was the founder and co-head of Eastdil Secured's lodging investment banking and brokerage group. During his 30 years at Eastdil Secured, Mr. Wolfe became one of the industry's most prolific advisors, completing over $200 billion of property sales, debt placements and M&A advisory on behalf of REITs, C-Corps, private equity firms, high-net-worth investors and sovereign wealth funds. Under his leadership, Eastdil Secured was consistently ranked as the nation's most active hotel broker. Mr. Wolfe was also a partner in Eastdil Realty, the predecessor of Eastdil Secured, and served on both firms' management committees. Mr. Wolfe's notable recent transactions include the sale of the Waldorf Astoria New York on behalf of Hilton Hotels, The W New York on behalf of Host Hotels and the Ritz Carlton and JW Marriot Grande Lakes Resort in Orlando.
Mr. Wolfe earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and bachelor's degrees in economics and a master's degree in engineering from the Johns Hopkins University. A native of Boston, Mr. Wolfe currently resides in New York's Westchester County with his wife Carol and three children.

Leslie José Zigel is a partner and Chair of Greenspoon Marder’s Entertainment, Media & Technology Industry Group. Mr. Zigel focuses on both the creative and business sides of the entertainment industries in the music, television, film and new technology sectors. His practice includes counseling clients in entertainment talent negotiations, record contracts, music and book publishing, providing outside general counsel services and assisting companies with corporate structuring, financing, operations, sales and acquisitions, trademarks, copyrights and employment advice. In addition to serving as a producer for festivals such as Newport Jazz Festival, New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, and Playboy Jazz Festival, he spearheaded the launch of American Express Platinum Card’s prestigious “By Invitation Only” program and served as the Marketing Director for the American Express Gold Card Events.
He regularly represents artists, media companies, and executives, his current clients include numerous international pop musicians, and business clients Endemol Shine Latino, Peace Love World, Zumba, and Terra.com, to name a few. Notably, he has orchestrated partnerships for his clients with major soda brands, beer brands, and structured equity ownership deals with restaurant chains, vodka and sake brands. Continuing to tenaciously expand his clients’ brands, 2015 saw him become partner at Greenspoon Marder and the firm’s Chair of the Entertainment, Media & Technology Industry Group.

Mark Fawer is a partner in the Real Estate practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Mr. Fawer focuses his practice on matters including the representation of institutional, fund and private capital sources in every aspect of senior and subordinate real estate financing, including stretch senior, bridge and mezzanine lending, B-notes and preferred equity investments, covering every major asset type, such as for rental and for sale residential, hospitality, retail, office, student housing, mixed use and industrial properties. In his practice, Mr. Fawer has successfully negotiated intercreditor and colender agreements with many of the most active senior lenders in the industry and has helped structure cutting edge financings in some of the most challenging contexts.
In addition to his extensive financing practice, Mr. Fawer also counsels clients from “term sheet to closing” in most aspects of a wide range of other real estate transactions, including complex partnership, joint venture, and limited liability company operating agreements as well as the acquisition, development and disposition of properties locally and nationwide.
Ryan oversees the Company’s acquisitions, operations, and asset management activities. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Ryan was a Managing Director for MRP Realty, where he was responsible for opening their New York City office and successfully building a multi-strategy portfolio, with multiple, institutional partners. Previously, he was a senior vice president of acquisitions and development, with Sherwood Equities where he spent eight years and was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing Sherwood’s acquisitions and development projects in New York City, totaling over $1 billion in transaction volume. Prior to joining Sherwood, Ryan was a partner with Champion Partners in Dallas, Texas, and prior to joining Champion, he was a project manager with Turner Construction. Ryan received his M.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin and his B.S. in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. Ryan is a Council Member on the Urban Development Mixed Use Council (Red Flight) for ULI.
