State of the Market Discussion - Lisbon
This session led by PLMJ will give attendees the opportunity to discuss topics relevant to the Portuguese legal market and beyond.
It will take a closer look at the economic drivers affecting investment into the region. It will identify ‘hot’ sectors and industries, particularly those related to the Technology, Finance, Real Estate and Tourism sectors, including any barriers to foreign investment and how the market views outbound transactions. The Session will include a brief presentation of some of the macroeconomic indicators of the current Portuguese economy and an analysis of the evolution of Portuguese M&A market in comparison to other markets. This will be followed by a round-table discussion with representatives of some of the most active M&A sectors in Portugal.
