Navigating FDI Mumbai 2020

This seminar will outline the current FDI policy and the impact it is having on individual sectors, as well as the market as a whole.

India has undergone a number of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) policy reforms in recent times. New sectors for FDI have opened up, and there has been an increase in the pre-existing limits for other sectors. In addition there has been a simplifying of the conditions for FDI therefore making it more efficient to do business in India, and accelerating the desire for organisations to want to invest in India.

The session will be hosted by Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A). TT&A is a young and dynamic firm that brings together the experience of its partners and the enthusiasm of its strong team to offer quality legal advice on the ground in India.
