Marco Remiorz was admitted to the German Bar in 2001, joined Arnecke Sibeth Dabelstein in 2004, and is currently their Managing Partner. He is an advisor and service provider to the (transportation) industry, has extensive knowledge in drafting and negotiating project, supply and logistics contracts for forwarders, ship owners, airlines, airports, offshore companies, the trading and the manufacturing industry; provides solution-oriented advice on transport liability, transport and hull loss damage in respect of all modes of transport insurers and P&I clubs; and is an experienced litigator and arbitrator. He has a PhD in law from Dresden Technical University (2005) and is a lecturer on insurance law at Hamburg University.

Franz Fazekas is Vice President & General Counsel of ams, a global leader in the design and manufacture of advanced sensor solutions. Franz is responsible for all legal matters concerning the group on a global level including its Corporate/M&A activities as well as capital markets law. Prior to joining ams, Franz was responsible for the restructuring of a European mid-size financial services group (2011 – 2013) and held the role as General Counsel of a European investment advisory group (2014 – 2016). Prior to moving in-house, Franz worked as a lawyer for Wolf Theiss (2007 – 2011). Franz studied law at Karl-Franzens-University Graz, the Autonomous University of Barcelona and achieved a Master of Business Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
