Mr. Asanov is the General Counsel of Siemens in Russia, Belarus and Central Asia. He leads a diverse team of lawyers, compliance and export control officers providing comprehensive legal and compliance risk management for the Siemens business in the respective region. He has been working at Siemens in various functions for 10 years, including as Head of Legal & Compliance in Kazakhstan, project management in the locomotives business in Germany and Regional Compliance Officer in Moscow.

Mrs. Generalova is a Russian native, born and raised in Kursk. She received her first Masters of Law at Peoples' Friendship University of Russia in Moscow, specializing in International Law, and some years after obtained her second Master of Laws from Northwestern University in Chicago. Alla began her legal career in Moscow working as associate in O2 Consulting and then as investment lawyer for a venture capital fund. After that she became an in-house lawyer in Stroytransgaz and then moved to Kaliningrad to assume a position of Senior Lawyer in Sodrugestvo Group, an international agricultural holding. Currently Alla is a Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Partner of Business Development in SIBUR, the largest integrated petrochemicals company in Russia. Her key specialization includes M&A transactions, investment and infrastructure projects under Russian and English law. Alla enjoys volunteer service as a judge of national rounds of Jessup Cup International Law Moot Court competitions in Russia and Belarus. She is fond of tango and travelling.

Ms. Goudina joined Mars in 2012 as Associate General Counsel Russia and CIS. Having joined Mars, Ekaterina created an internal legal function within the Company in Russia. She currently leads and manages the legal team for Mars Pet Nutrition and Royal Canin in Russia and CIS, providing strategic and operational legal advice, as well as compliance risk management for the business, which makes a better world for pets. Ms. Goudina and her team support a full-cycle business from supply and production to B2B and B2C retail, including traditional and digital marketing, consumer rights, employment, animal protection and other matters. Ekaterina holds an LLM degree from the University of Calgary, Canada.
Mrs. Kashirina became General Counsel for McDonald’s Russia in 2006, being responsible for McDonald’s Russia legal activities, plans and strategies in relation to Company Operated and Franchised markets, as well as a member of Global Legal Executive Leadership Team. Mrs. Kashirina is also a Board Secretary of Ronald McDonald House Charity and a Leader of McDonald’s Russia Culture and Diversity Team. In 1997 graduated from Moscow State Law Academy and in 2003 became JD.

Ms. Korneeva is currently a Vice President of The Walt Disney International CIS. She leads and manages the legal function in TWDC CIS, providing strategic legal advice and legal support for the media and entertainment business, including media distribution, theatrical and TV production, theatrical distribution, consumer products licensing, television broadcasting, traditional and digital marketing. In her role, she also provides legal guidance and support on business development initiatives, intellectual property protection, policy activities and serves as chief compliance officer for the region. Before joining Disney in 2012, Ms. Korneeva served as a Legal Director for Pfizer Russia and General Counsel, Russia & CIS, at Hewlett-Packard. She is a recognized expert in intellectual property law, media and entertainment law, informational technologies, cultural heritage, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and is actively engaged in activities of industry and professional associations and honored to be an invited professor at the faculty of Law at the Higher School of Economics.
