Chambers Seminar: Litigation

We are delighted to announce the Chambers Forum Seminar on Litigation will be in association with Bartlit Beck LLP.

Litigation Seminar - Summary

This session will focus on best practices for the use of demonstratives at trial, including a discussion regarding the focus, development, and effective methods for presenting complicated facts. The applications of these concepts apply to many legal contexts beyond the courtroom, such as the board room, in senior executive team meetings, and any other legal settings in which persuasive assembly of facts impacts important decisions.

High-stakes litigation involves complex facts and legal issues. Success at trial often depends on simplifying the complexity. Since much of human learning is visual, demonstratives are a key component of framing, highlighting, and turning the complex issues into a straightforward and persuasive story for juries and judges.
